Account Development Representative (META Region)

Are you ready to unlock intelligence?

If you don’t think you meet all of the criteria below but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box - we’re looking for candidates that are particularly strong in a few areas, and have some interest and capabilities in others.

About the Role:

Kong is The AI Connectivity Company. Our platform sits at the centre of how enterprises manage APIs, AI agents, and the infrastructure connecting them and we’re scaling fast. The ADR role is the front line of that growth. The accounts you open today are the expansion stories of tomorrow.

As a Commercial Outbound ADR, you’ll identify and qualify new business opportunities across the EMEA commercial segment, working closely with our Sales and Marketing teams. This isn’t just a job, it’s the best way to fast-track a long career in tech sales.

We invest heavily in our people: a 4-week sales bootcamp, weekly 1-1 mentorship, continuous training throughout your tenure, and a leadership team that actually gets in the trenches with you. If you want an MBA in sales, this is the place to earn it.

Your first 90 days

• Month 1: Meet your team, complete bootcamp, and fall in love with what Kong actually does.

• Month 2: Pick up the phone with confidence, master our tech stach (Nooks, Claude, Gemini, Sumble, Lusha etc) and work your first live opportunity, and hit your ramp quota.

• Month 3: Own your funnel, share what’s working, and what needs optimisation.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and run outbound campaigns end-to-end, from idea to qualified meeting

• Engage decision-makers across phone, email, LinkedIn, and video

• Partner closely with AEs and Marketing, you’re a connector, not just a top-of-funnel rep

• Keep Salesforce clean and your pipeline tighter, process matters here

• Utilise AI to boost productivity, work at pace and personalise your messaging

• Invest in your own development, your manager will meet you where you are and help you get to what’s next

What You’ll Bring:

• Some experience in a customer-facing or sales role — internships, retail, or hospitality count if you can show you know how to build rapport and drive outcomes

• A hunter mentality, you’re not waiting to be handed leads, you go and find them

• High coachability, you take feedback well, apply it fast, and ask for more

• Strong communicator, clear and confident in writing and on a call

• Genuine curiosity about technology - you don’t need to be an engineer, but you want to understand what Kong does and why it matters

• Languages: Fluency in Arabic is essential.

Why Kong?

• Be part of the company defining the future of AI connectivity. APIs and agents run on Kong

• Real career development - our ADRs are the next wave of AEs in the tech, and our leadership team is invested in making that happen

• Hybrid from our central London office - walking distance from Bank Station and London Bridge, 2–3 days a week in the office. A beautiful location to work from in Summer

• Competitive comp, benefits, and a team that shows up with integrity, energy, and purpose

Every day, we raise the bar of what great looks like. Ready to help set it?
