Associate Operations Manager, Supply Acquisition & Activation

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Own Central’s intraday activation strategy - activation surges, special events management and day-to-day operations (radius / busyness adjustments, communication flows, etc.) - to keep courier supply matched to demand hour by hour.
• Lead and mentor a team of 3 and own a multi-million euro activation and acquisition budget across Central markets.
• Own Central’s courier acquisition function: job boards, application attainment, reactivation campaigns and sign-ups.
• Own and report on Central’s UH% and GOV loss KPIs weekly, surfacing risks and driving corrective action with senior leadership.
• Plan and execute mobilizer strategies and special events coverage (holidays, weather events, local events) ahead of demand spikes.
• Partner with Support, Product and Global Delivery Ops to build tools and processes that scale activation and acquisition across markets.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for top management on Central’s supply health.

OUR HUMBLE EXPECTATIONS

• Proven track record managing complex, data-driven operations across multiple markets, ideally in courier / gig supply, logistics or marketplace operations.

• Strong budget ownership experience - able to allocate and defend a multi-million euro spend across activation and acquisition levers.
• Excellent ability to distill complex operational trade-offs into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
