Director, Business Transformation and Value Consulting (DACH) - CPG/Retail

ABOUT THE ROLE

Based at our global headquarters in Munich, as a Business Transformation and Value Consulting Manager / Director (internal title: Value Engineering Manager / Director) for CPG & Retail, you will hold full operational and leadership responsibility specifically for the CPG & Retail segment across the DACH region. In this role, you will lead a dedicated, high-performing team of 6–7 Value Engineers operating at the intersection of process transformation, executive consulting, and AI-driven product execution, driving the end-to-end customer value journey and accelerating enterprise AI adoption across major retail and consumer goods brands.

In this role, you will serve as a player-coach, actively guiding, coaching, and developing a talented, high-potential team with diverse backgrounds spanning supply chain, procurement, management consulting, and retail operations. This role offers tremendous growth potential as you both develop and learn alongside top-tier talent, while serving as a trusted advisor to C-level executives at major enterprise accounts.

Native-level German proficiency is required for this role. Candidates must be able to lead customer workshops, conduct executive presentations, and manage stakeholder interactions in German.
