Enterprise Account Executive

Do you get energy from winning new customers? Do you know how to build a pipeline from scratch, engage senior decision-makers and turn complex business challenges into successful deals?

At Yenlo, we are looking for an Enterprise Account Executive who knows how to create opportunities, not just manage them.

This is a true hunting role, with the opportunity to make a direct impact on Yenlo's growth. We have built a strong international business in Integration, API Management, Identity & Access Management and Managed Services. Now we are expanding into Data, AI, Automation and Control. We have the technology expertise, strong partnerships and delivery capabilities. What we need is someone who can bring us to the right table, create demand and win new business.

About Yenlo

Yenlo has helped organisations connect their business-critical systems and processes for more than 17 years. We do this with around 100 colleagues from over 18 nationalities, with offices in the Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Sri Lanka, the United States and Canada. We have been a WSO2 Platinum Partner since 2008 and a Boomi partner since 2015, and our customers include Boeing, Hard Rock Café and several ministries and universities. Now we are building on our integration expertise with Data, AI and Automation, so customers can bring their technology into production securely and reliably. For that, we are looking for someone who opens new markets.

What will you do?

As Enterprise Account Executive, your primary mission is to win new customers and build profitable, long-term business relationships.

You will focus on mid-market and enterprise organisations across the Benelux and DACH regions, particularly those facing complex challenges around applications, integration, data, cloud transformation and AI.

Your responsibilities include:

• Win new logos and build your own pipeline. Identify target accounts, open doors and generate business through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and strategic partnerships.

• Engage senior decision-makers and sell business value. Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs and other business and technology leaders, and translate their challenges into opportunities around Integration, Data, AI, Automation and Control.

• Own the sales cycle. Lead opportunities from initial engagement through proposal, negotiation and closing, together with our solution architects, consultants and product specialists.

• Help shape our go-to-market. Bring customer insights and market feedback into Yenlo to help us improve our propositions and commercial approach.

• Deliver results. Take ownership of your pipeline, forecasts, new-business targets and the profitability of the deals you win.

You will have access to existing customer references, partner relationships and marketing support. But this is not a role where you inherit a ready-to-close pipeline or rely on an SDR team to fill your calendar. We expect you to create opportunities yourself and have the commercial drive to turn them into business.

What can you expect from Yenlo?

At Yenlo, you will join an international technology company with around 100 colleagues, strong technical expertise and ambitious plans for the future.

We offer:

• Real ownership. A new-business role with the freedom to develop opportunities and make a visible commercial impact.

• Attractive earning potential. A competitive fixed salary and a substantial performance-based bonus, with uncapped upside for overachievement.

• A strong technology portfolio. Established capabilities in Integration, API Management, IAM and Managed Services, complemented by growing propositions in Data, AI and Control.

• Access to specialists. Experienced solution architects, consultants and product teams to support discovery, demonstrations, assessments and proposals.

• An international ecosystem. Partnerships with leading technology providers, including Boomi and WSO2, alongside Yenlo's own Connext platform.

• Room to build. The opportunity to contribute to our evolving commercial approach, propositions and go-to-market strategy.

• Professional benefits. Pension arrangements, holiday allowance, a lease car or mobility allowance, laptop and phone.

• A realistic start. An appropriate ramp-up period, recognising that enterprise sales cycles take time and building a pipeline starts from day one.

You will work closely with our sales leadership and wider commercial organisation. We believe in face-to-face collaboration, both with customers and colleagues, and expect you to spend time at our Schiphol-Rijk office on Mondays, Tuesdays and Thursdays.

We are looking for a commercially driven, entrepreneurial sales professional with a proven track record in complex B2B technology sales.

You know how to build relationships, navigate enterprise organisations and close significant deals.

What you bring:

• A demonstrable track record of generating your own pipeline and personally closing new enterprise customers.

• Experience selling complex IT services, software, cloud, integration or other enterprise technology solutions.

• Experience managing six-figure deals and longer, multi-stakeholder sales cycles.

• Strong outbound prospecting, consultative selling, negotiation and closing skills.

• The ability to engage credibly with senior business and technology decision-makers.

• Enough technical understanding to discuss Integration, APIs, Data and AI, while focusing on business outcomes rather than technical features.

• An entrepreneurial mindset and the resilience to succeed without a fully established sales playbook.

• The ability to work independently while collaborating closely with technical and commercial colleagues.

• Professional proficiency in Dutch and English.

Experience with platforms such as Boomi, WSO2, MuleSoft, AWS, Azure or related enterprise technologies is an advantage, but not a requirement. An existing network in the Benelux or DACH enterprise market would be a strong plus. We care more about what you have personally achieved than the number of years on your CV or the technology companies you have worked for.

Ready to make an impact?

If you enjoy opening doors, creating opportunities and winning complex enterprise deals, we would love to meet you.
