  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for domestic and international engagements, with a focus on APAC region support.

  • Prepare materials, agendas, meeting notes, and follow-up actions for leadership meetings, offsites, customer engagements, and key business events.

  Cross-Functional Coordination

  • Facilitate effective communication and information flow across Sales, Revenue, and other cross-functional teams.

  • Track action items, deadlines, and key deliverables, ensuring leaders are prepared and aligned on priorities.

  • Draft, review, and edit executive communications, presentations, reports, and other business materials.

  • Serve as a trusted liaison between leadership and internal stakeholders, customers, partners, and external contacts.

  Confidentiality & Judgment

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and professionalism.

  • Exercise sound judgment when prioritising competing requests, managing escalations, and navigating fast-paced business environments.

About you:

• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-level executives, preferably across sales, product, or marketing functions.

• Exceptional organisational and time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a polished executive presence.

• Tech-savvy with proficiency in productivity tools (Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, project management platforms such as Asana or Monday.com).
