• Keep Salesforce data precise and current to streamline reporting and forecasting.

• Drive outbound initiatives and attend industry events to expand qualified leads.

• Provide customer feedback to sales and marketing teams to refine strategies and achieve collective targets.

What you’ll be bringing:

• Proven experience in the field and outbound sales, ideally within solution-based, technology, or hospitality environments.

• Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including key segments and operational considerations.

• Skilled in sales development best practice - building pipelines, territory planning, and driving new business with strong organisational ability.

• Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, contributing to wider regional growth goals.

• Experienced in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems to manage opportunities and track performance.

• Confident communicator with excellent customer relationship and interpersonal skills.

• Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making and performance improvement.
