Head of Supply Chain (f/m/d) - Berlin

At CYCLE, we're redefining urban mobility for the people who keep cities moving: couriers, riders, and delivery pros. Our e-bike subscription service combines durable vehicles, fast repairs, and real support, everything riders need to stay on the road.
From Berlin to London, Vienna to Amsterdam, we operate in 200+ cities across Europe, providing thousands of riders with bikes built for work, not for show.
Our mission is simple: make last-mile delivery more reliable, affordable, and sustainable, one ride at a time. With every bike we deploy, we're helping build the backbone of smarter, greener cities.
Ride with us into the future - sustainable, efficient, and full speed ahead!

As Head of Supply Chain, you own every part of how physical goods reach our fleet and our riders, from the purchase order to the shelf to the courier's bike. You report to our Director of Operations and work directly with Hardware, Finance, Software and our country teams. In particular you will:

• Own supply chain end to end: Purchasing, warehousing, stock keeping and outbound logistics across our European network, as one function with one owner. You ultimately ensure we have the right number of bikes, batteries and parts at the right time, the right place and the best price.
• Oversee our assembly & refurbishment activities: Manage our assembly and refurbishment partners, own the bills of material for everything we build from purchased components as well as internal refurbishment within our locations.
• Own the systems, not just the process: Take full responsibility for our ERP and warehouse management setup for all supply chain topics, from data model and master data through to daily execution – you will be the business owner to our software team and guide implementation.
• Professionalize the structure: Design and implement the processes, controls and physical setup our growing operation needs, and then get your hands dirty making them real and ensuring your organization internalizes them.
• Own the numbers behind the goods: You will guide the rest of the company on such topics as transfer prices, landed cost allocation and other supply-chain related financials, ensuring each business line's P&L is accurately reflecting parts consumption and asset usage – together with our Finance team.
• Drive the agenda across teams: Set priorities, align Hardware, Finance and Tech behind them, and hold the line when it matters.
• Partner with the larger organization and understand your impact on them: All you do, you do with the end goal in mind to become the best friend of our Local and Country Operations and Sales teams, who all depend on your fulfillment excellence to grow and maintain their businesses.
• Lead and grow your team: Build a supply chain organization that scales with us across markets.

We are looking for someone who has built structure inside a well-run company and is ready to build it again from scratch, with their sleeves rolled up. Ideally you bring:

• 10+ years of relevant professional experience, of which at least 5 in a managerial supply chain or operations role.
• Experience leading a team of at least 3 direct reports in a supply chain or operations-heavy function.
• Structure from an established company: You have worked inside proper processes and systems and know what good looks like.
• 0 to 1 experience: You have also built something from nothing in a smaller or fast-moving company or demonstrated you can excel in such a setting, and you are comfortable being scrappy when that is what the situation needs.
• Commercial and financial fluency: Working capital optimization, inter-company transactions or product costing,  are all familiar territory for you.
• Cross-functional communication: You can carry a topic across teams and drive it to a decision.
• Ownership and a firm, professional attitude: You take the whole problem, not your part of it.
• English at C1 level or above

• Hands-on experience with Odoo or a comparable ERP, ideally including experience in shaping or designing a system for supply chain topics rather than execution alone.
• Background in bike, scooter, mobility or another hardware-heavy industry where physical goods move between internal as well as external locations.
• German or Dutch

• Exciting industry: You will work in the dynamic world of mobility, which is a constantly evolving sector.
• Real impact: Your work improves the lives of many bike couriers.
• Take on immediate responsibility: Start making a difference right away and implement your own ideas. Boredom? Not a chance!
• Shape the future: As part of our growing start-up, you will help to shape tomorrow's mobility.
• International team & Strong network: Work alongside motivated colleagues from all over the world. Teamwork is very important to us.
• Fair conditions: We offer a stable employment with attractive salary, €50 HRmony voucher, a company e-bike, modern equipment and 28 days' holiday a year.

At CYCLE, we believe diversity makes us stronger. No matter who you are, where you're from, or what makes you unique, you're welcome here.
