Resilience Care, a leading player in remote medical monitoring and a partner in clinical research, is a French company founded in 2021 with a single mission: to provide better care.
Our company offers remote monitoring solutions in oncology, gastroenterology, and psychiatry, based on the collection of ePROs combined with AI technologies. These solutions rely on a monitoring platform for healthcare professionals—enabling the early detection of side effects for continuous and proactive care—and a mobile app for patients, empowering them to measure and manage their symptoms using tailored resources.
Our solutions optimize patient care, continuously enrich our understanding of patients throughout their healthcare journey, and accelerate clinical research through the collection, structuring, and in-depth analysis of real-world data. Today, our solutions are deployed in routine care for 35,000 patients across more than 200 healthcare facilities, as well as within the framework of around twenty academic and industrial clinical trials.
Through this, we put data at the service of healthcare and therapeutic innovation, driven by the ambition to enable every patient to benefit from personalized medicine.
📝 Your Role
In a few words: you will lead the end-to-end delivery of Real-World Evidence (RWE) studies in Germany & France, connecting clinical research, remote monitoring and health data. You will own execution: timelines, budgets, site and partner coordination, deliverable quality and the sponsor relationship.
Your impact: make studies work in practice and generate reliable evidence for oncology and haematology research. The site relationships, methods and tools you build should also make future studies easier to deliver.
Your day to day:
Lead studies from contracting to the final report, including protocol and statistical analysis plan coordination, ethics submissions, data collection and deliverables.
Maintain an actionable project timeline, anticipate risks and propose solutions before milestones are affected.
Track study budgets, committed expenditure, site costs and clinical research organisation (CRO) costs.
Select and activate sites with local teams, coordinate site contracting and oversee CRO partners.
Act as the sponsor’s primary operational contact and lead steering committees with international pharmaceutical partners.
Work with Medical, Clinical Operations, Data, Legal and Quality teams, and turn delivery experience into reusable methods.
✨ Your Team
Your future colleagues:
you’ll work closely with Mehdi, Project Manager RWE, on study delivery and shared project-management practices, and with Maxime and Eugénie, Global Pharma Partners, to connect pharmaceutical partners’ needs with practical study execution.
Your manager:
you’ll report to Adil, RWE Lead, who leads Resilience’s Real-World Evidence activities. Adil gives you room to own your projects, with clear priorities and support when decisions need to be made. He values early communication, practical solutions and following through on commitments.
The little ➕ about your team:
when the Life Sciences team gets together, Italian food is our go-to, a small tradition we’re happy to share with new colleagues.
