Senior Accountant

Hi! 👋 I’m Jaime, the Finance Manager based in Amsterdam. We’re looking to bring on a detail-oriented and driven Senior Accountant to join our growing team in Amsterdam.

As we scale our global operations, our goal is to build a world-class finance function that ensures accuracy, compliance, and strategic insight to support decision-making across the company.

How We Work

At WeTravel Finance, we move fast and value autonomy. We don’t just manage spreadsheets, we build the financial backbone of a global platform. We look for teammates who take ownership of their work and care as much about the "how" as the "what." Our team is collaborative and cross-functional with high visibility. You will be supported by experienced colleagues, and have the opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced environment.

Our culture is guided by four core values that define every interaction we have, whether with a third-party or a colleague:

• Be Respectful: We foster a welcoming, inclusive environment that thrives on diverse perspectives and unique life experiences.

• Be Honest: We default to transparency, building genuine connections with our team and customers through radical honesty.

• Be Resourceful: we think big and act creatively. We find ways to succeed even when the path ahead isn't perfectly mapped out.

• Be the Solution: We lead with a solution-first mindset. It’s not enough to identify a problem; we collaborate to fix it.
