Senior Finance Systems Accountant

Why Oviva?

At Oviva, we’re on a mission to make sustainable, personalized, clinically effective care accessible to everyone as we build Europe’s leading AI-powered chronic care platform. Our digital programmes help people manage weight-related illnesses by focusing on what matters most: improving health, building confidence, and enhancing quality of life.

To date, we have supported over one million people across the UK, Switzerland, and Germany. Our mission is powered by a dedicated team operating across four countries, including our hub in Poland. Every conversation, coaching session, and line of code brings us closer to a healthier future.

Our journey is accelerating: In 2026, we secured €200 million in Series D funding led by Kinnevik and a group of leading global investors. This investment fuels our next phase of growth, allowing us to scale our AI-enabled chronic care platform across Europe and expand our support to even more people living with chronic conditions.

Join us, and be part of the team making that future possible!

The Role:

As our Senior Finance Systems Accountant, you’ll own how we plan and report day to day, turning data into systems people trust. You’ll work across Finance, BI, Engineering and Product to make things simpler, smarter and more automated, from a fully remote UK base.

You’ll be joining a newly formed, growing Finance Systems team, alongside our wider finance function. Every day looks a little different here, and we value people who spot opportunities and act on them. This is a rare, exciting chance to shape finance systems through a period of real transformation, with genuine room to grow.

Responsibilities:

• Own Pigment day to day, from user access and models to workflows, dashboards and controls.

• Lead enhancements from first idea through testing, release and user adoption.

• Reconcile Pigment with our ERP and other data sources, track down differences and fix them at source.

• Train and support users, and document the processes that keep data flowing and issues visible.

• Partner with the Finance Systems Director to improve our wider systems, including the ERP, integrations and reporting tools.

• Spot opportunities to simplify work through better processes, automation and responsible use of AI.

• Translate between technical and finance teams, so everyone is fully aligned.

Requirements:

• Hands-on Pigment experience: in administration, modelling and reporting, and the confidence to diagnose and improve models independently.

• Finance background: Experience as a systems accountant or in a similar finance systems role, with solid accounting and controls knowledge; as well as experience across FP&A, financial reporting or management reporting.

• A detective’s eye for data: you can trace it across systems, reconcile and explain.

• Ownership and good judgement: ability to juggle competing priorities and see work through to the end.

• Communication skills: Ability to tailor the message to technical, finance and non-finance colleagues alike.

• Systems improvement: A track record of turning business requirements into working system changes, tested and adopted by users. A continuous improvement mindset, with the confidence to challenge the status quo and a real interest in automation and AI.

Having a culture that people want to work in, is very important to us. We do this by keeping our values at the forefront of everything we do:
We put the patient first. We empower our teams. We make it happen

Oviva is passionate about creating an inclusive culture that celebrates diverse voices and perspectives. We are proud to be a Disability Confident Employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds and identities.
