TEAM DESCRIPTION
The Consumer Lifecycle team owns the product experience that turns SumUp app signups into active, transacting customers - from onboarding through to first transaction and ongoing engagement. As the sole Product Manager for consumer activation and engagement, you will own that funnel end to end, improving conversion at every stage.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own the consumer onboarding funnel end to end: signup, identity verification (KYC), first funding, first transaction and habitual use
- Identify and ship product improvements at the biggest drop-off points, starting with the gap between KYC completion and first transaction
- Balance fraud and verification controls with a smooth, user-friendly product experience
- Run discovery, experimentation and iteration cycles against activation targets, and report progress to consumer leadership
YOU'LL BE GREAT FOR THIS ROLE IF…
- Experience leading a consumer product area with clear commercial and KPI accountability
- Strong track record of prioritising effectively across competing demands from multiple teams and stakeholders
