What Your Day Will Look Like

As a Senior Unity Developer at Beyond Sports, you’ll take on a leadership role in crafting innovative digital sports experiences. While this role is based in Alkmaar, Netherlands, we believe in the power of in-person collaboration, so we expect you to be available for 32–40 hours per week in the office.

You don’t need to tick every box — but here’s what we’re looking for:

• At least 5 years of professional experience with Unity3D and C#

• Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, modular architecture and complex systems

• Expertise in data structures, algorithms, and technical problem-solving

• Excellent communication skills — capable of discussing complex technical concepts with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have:

• Expertise with Unity DOTS/ECS for high-performance applications

• Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD workflows, and agile project management

• Experience building cross-platform or VR/AR applications
