Team mission

Be a founding member of our São Paulo team. We’re opening our new office in January and need Account Executives to hunt for the best things to do in South America. You’ll win new partners, negotiate great deals, and grow our supply.

Your mission:

• Identify, acquire and onboard new suppliers, primarily tour and experience providers, as well as attractions.
• Effectively manage the entire sales funnel, including outreach, negotiation, closing, and onboarding, to consistently hit and exceed quota.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align supplier acquisition with broader business goals, ensuring sustainable growth.
• Represent GetYourGuide at relevant industry events to drive acquisition and establish credibility.
• Regularly travel to build strong relationships with suppliers in destination and create long-term partnerships

Your toolkit:

• You have 3+ years of experience in B2B sales acquisition, with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, running a disciplined, data-driven process, and confidently using sales tools and software — including CRM (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools.
• You are resilient, hungry for success, and thrive under pressure, consistently raising the bar for yourself.
• Fluent in English and either Portuguese or Spanish. Trilingual (English, Portuguese, and Spanish) is a big plus.
• You excel at handling objections, reframing conversations with insights, and creating constructive tension to close challenging deals.
• You bring strong problem-solving skills, using data to prioritize actions and inform decisions.
• You are an excellent communicator, able to articulate value propositions clearly to diverse audiences, adapting your approach for maximum impact.
• You collaborate with peers, share best practices, and lift the team to new heights.

What sets you apart:

• You’re energized by AI: you make time to experiment, build intuition through hands-on trials, and translate discoveries into practical improvements in how you work.

We want your journey with us to be extraordinary

• Monthly transportation and fitness budget
• Discounts for you, your friends, and family on GetYourGuide activities
• Language reimbursement program
